Tennis superstar, celeb and mommy Serena Williams recently shared one of her parenting moments with the #ThisMama hashtag. And she’s not alone. The hashtag is making its way across Twitter, with all kinds of mamas (not just of the celebrity kind) telling their mommy-ing tales!

Williams recently #ThisMama tweeted about an experience flying her daughter. “Kids humble us,” she began. “The other day on a flight home Olympia insisted on running up and down the aisle and when I finally got her to sit still, she threw up all over me.” Yep, that sounds about right for any mama on a flight with a tot.

Along with her oh-so-real story, Williams also added, “#ThisMama would love to hear your stories of motherhood..even ones like this! Share and tag them with #ThisMama.” And that’s exactly what the mamas of Twitter did.

It looks like Williams’ call was heard, and the responses are real, rad and ridiculous (in the best, funniest way possible). So what do mamas have to say? One mama tweeted about her kiddo’s…um, word choice, “I asked my child (under the age of 4) why did you use that naughty language – with utter embarrassment at the profanity and zeal. With no expression she replied, “I got all the words from you.”

Another mama tweeted, “On my 32nd birthday, my 2.5 mos old son and I went to my mom’s house for the day. I nursed him then put him on my shoulder to burp. Turned my head to check the burp cloth to see if he had spit up, and he turned his head and spit up into my mouth. Happy birthday to me.”

But the #ThisMama fun doesn’t stop there. Check out some of these other too-good tweets!
