The recalled high chair was sold between December 2016 and September 2017. The Tuo Convertible High Chair in Charcoal is labeled with the model number 304200. The chairs also feature a date stamp of which the following are included in the recall: HH102016, HH11/2016, HH3/2017 or HH4/2017.
If you have a high chair at home with one of these numbers you should stop using it and contact Skip Hop immediately, either online at SkipHopRecalls.com or through the toll-free number 888-282-4674. They will replace the chair for free, but you will need to provide a photo of the label on the back of the chair and one photo of the straps cut, to ensure that the seat doesn’t get used by anyone else.
