This newbie bakery is making a name for itself and we understand why. Roanna Canete knows how to treat customers with care. She lovingly bakes up small batches of beautiful goodies in her dedicated gluten-free kitchen using organic ingredients and she can tailor recipes to accommodate any food allergies.

For the holidays, make guests’ mouth water with unique offerings such as rich, decadent apple pie pop tarts, pumpkin spice whoopie pies, or eggnog poundcake. Bring a huge smile to a gluten-free kid’s face with a gingerbread house or sugar cookies. You can also order up basics such as stuffing mix and sourdough bread that make hosting easy as pie.

Though this bakery has no storefront, shoppers can find their goodies at local cafes such as Holy Matcha CafeBCB Company Hillcrest, and Communal Coffee. Place special orders online or over the phone and pick up on Coronado Island (When you place the order you are given a pickup address and time). Holiday specials should be pre-ordered a week in advance.
