People, people, everywhere! Have you ever wanted to go somewhere, but decided not to because you thought it would be too crowded? Living in a large city means constantly competing with others to participate. And when you have little kids with you, it makes that competition a bit more challenging. By planning ahead and using these insider tips, you can still enjoy all San Diego has to offer with fewer crowds to battle.

The New Children’s Museum

This indoor mecca of fun has activities for all ages, from Wobbleland for toddlers to the Paint Farm for older kids. The New Children's Museum offers a free day of admission on the second Sunday of each month from 12 - 4 p.m. While the museum tends to get pretty crowded during that time, members have exclusive access to enter the space beginning at 10 a.m. If you frequent the Children's Museum, we suggest getting a membership to have those two hours of crowd-free play time. You'll be glad you did when you see the lines forming for the 12 p.m. entrance. And really, two hours is plenty of time for kiddos to enjoy the play space without getting bored.
