ACS Kids Zone: A Hands-On Science Event
The American Chemical Society is hosting a hands-on science event. Everyone is invited to learn about the theme of ”Chemistry and Water” through 8 hands-on activities for ages 6 and up, celebrate the International Year of the Periodic Table, and receive giveaway bags with periodic table posters and other educational materials. Back to School Bash with Sean Ryan Fox

Barks & Brews National Dog Day Celebration
Families and their four-legged friends are invited to celebrate National Dog Day at the fourth annual Barks & Brews. Hullabaloo on the Waterfront
The perfect way to end your weekend – – bring the whole family, throw down a picnic blanket and enjoy the happy tunes of Hullabaloo as the sun sets over San Diego Bay––all for free. Bike the Bay
Ride the bridge, Bike the Bay! Pedal around the San Diego Bay and enjoy your only opportunity to ride across the San Diego-Coronado Bay Bridge. This non-competitive community bike ride is for riders of all abilities and will take you on a scenic, and primarily flat, ride around the San Diego Bay via the Bayshore Bikeway. Along the way, riders will travel through the surrounding cities of Coronado, Imperial Beach, Chula Vista and National City before finishing back at the start/finish line at Embarcadero Marina Park in downtown San Diego. At Otay Valley Regional Park, an off road gravel loop option is available to ride in addition to the ride, hosted by the San Diego Mountain Biking Association. Sun. Event details.
