Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga
There is a twinkling light inside of each human being. The practice of mindfulness encourages that light to glow. Zen Totz believes it is crucial to lead kids through mindfulness practices. When we teach children to be resilient and compassionate, they will grow up to shine their lights with greater consciousness and love for all other beings. Bring your child to The Point Loma Library’s Community Room every 1st Saturday of the month to meet ZenTotz Founder Jenny Blackwood. Kids will practice mindful movement, play enriching games, and develop creativity through art! Sat. Event details.
