Opening Weekend at The Flower Fields

Disney’s Moana Jr.
Disney’s Moana Jr. tells the story of an adventurous teenager who sails out on a daring mission to save her people. Along her journey, Moana meets the once-mighty demigod Maui, who helps guide her on her quest to become a master wayfinder. Special Performances! Pajama Night – Fri., March 8, 7 p.m. A favorite community tradition! Adults and children are encouraged to get cozy and enjoy this performance in the comfort of their pajamas. Children attending in pajamas will leave with a special gift, and the whole family will be back home by bedtime. Sensory-Friendly Performance – Sat., March 9, 11 a.m. This performance is designed to create a theatre experience that is welcoming to all families with children with autism or other disabilities that create sensory sensitivities. 10th Annual Read & Romp
Join the10th Annual Read & Romp- a fun, family fundraising event with activities that encourage parents to read to their children and promote a love of reading. Activities are best suited for kids age 8 and younger, but all ages are welcome. All proceeds benefit the early literacy program Reach Out and Read San Diego, a program of the local chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. The first 150 children, age 2 and up receive a gift bag. With your ticket you receive access to the raffle, a light breakfast, music, story time, costume characters, crafts and more! San Diego Yoga Festival
SDYF is an epic yoga festival on the beach in Imperial Beach, San Diego. It is San Diego’s largest yoga festival reaching thousands of holistically-minded people! San Diego Festival of Science & Engineering EXPO Day
The 11th annual San Diego Festival of Science & Engineering, presented by the Illumina Foundation, is moving full STEAM ahead toward its highly anticipated EXPO DAY at Petco Park in Downtown San Diego. The festival, hosted by the Biocom Institute, once again begins with the family-favorite EXPO DAY on Sat., Mar. 2, to officially kick-off the week-long festival featuring hundreds of exhibitors and STEAM-related activities. EXPO DAY gives attendees a major preview of what’s to come to area businesses, schools, libraries and museums throughout the county during Festival Week (March 3-10). EXPO DAY is free and open to the public.
