San Diego Bird Festival
The San Diego Audubon Society presents this annual event that offers an array of activities for bird enthusiasts of all ages. Featuring live bird programs, art workshops, the Birding & Optics Expo, San Diego River Estuary walks, movie screenings and free family activities. Cherry Blossom Festival
Experience the beauty of cherry blossoms in the 150-cherry tree grove of the Japanese Friendship Garden. Spring Busker Festival

Golf Fest

San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering

Chelsea’s Run
In honor of Chelsea King, the annual Finish Chelsea’s Run includes a competitive 5K race and fun run/walk. It also includes a family festival with entertainment, kids’ activities and more. Street Art and Lowrider Festival

The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch
See 50 acres of Giant Tecolote Ranunculus flowers that offer a wondrous display of color. Also featuring antique tractor wagon rides, a sweet pea maze, a cymbidium orchid greenhouse and more. San Marcos Art
The City of San Marcos’ annual “San Marcos Alive” will feature a children’s craft fair, fine art demonstrations, art shows and more than 20 hands-on art projects. Entertainment will include performances by local schools and dance studios. This year’s event will also include a juried art and photography show as well as student art shows.
