Center for Martial Arts

Mixing traditional and modern is what the Center of Martial Arts in Encinitas does best. The studio focuses on Tang Soo Do, Korean Karate, which utilizes the natural turning and twisting of the body to empower kicks, punches and blocks while further developing an individual's mind, body and spirit. Perfectly complimenting the Tang Soo Do, or traditional Taekwondo, the Center for Martial Arts also teaches Hapki Do. Hapki Do utilizes soft style techniques for self-defense so little martial artists can further develop an understanding of body mechanics, balance and leverage. The studio offers after school programs as well as spring and summer camps.
