Festive fall fun kicks off in Southern California this weekend. Bates Nut Farm hosts its annual Farm Education Day, and you can get your Oktoberfest fun going at Oktoberfest El Cajon and in Balboa Park. If you’d rather do something literary, don’t miss the San Diego Central Library Celebration or the Orange County Children’s Book Festival. Of course, if you want some indoor fun, you can always enjoy Mickey and Minnie Mouse at Disney on Ice: Passport to Adventure. There’s something for everyone this weekend in SoCal!

Disney on Ice: Passport to Adventure
Get ready to be transported straight from their seats into the enchanting worlds of Disney’s The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Peter Panand Lilo & Stitch in this  spectacular show for the entire family! Oktoberfest Dance Festival
The Oktoberfest Dance Festival features free dance lessons, dance performances, a craft show featuring handmade crafts and vintage items, and food for sale. San Diego Central Library Celebration
Get a sneak peak at the new Central Library at this day-long family festival. The day is filled with activities for kids performances from Hullabaloo, The Heroes, The Paul Cannon Band, Clint Perry & the Boo Hoo Crewincluding, and a Fancy Nancy Parade. Cabrillo Festival

Lima Bean Faire

Farm Education Day
Representatives from the farm and agriculture community will share unique and diverse stories of their “Life on the Farm” experiences. Learn about growing plants, beekeeping, wool spinning, farm animals, and other farm activities. Oceanside Harbor Days
