Ready for some fun, sun and Southern California summer nights? There is lots to do with the kiddos as we near the end of July (How did that happen?). Pirate Paul’s Pirate Party
Pirate Paul is on a journey to find “The Treasure Of Balboa Park.”When his ship sinks and he is under the water, a beautiful mermaid will rescue Pirate Paul and put him on the Island of Hula Helene, and true love. Coastal Hike and Yoga on the Beach

San Marcos Family Campout
How about an old-fashioned family campout this summer? This adventure has families pitching tents on the grass at Walnut Grove Park. Movies by the Lake
What’s more summer than enjoying a movie under the stars? Sit your kiddos in front of the giant screen fora  showing of Wreck-it Ralph. The night also includes games and contests for kiddos. Movie starts around 8 p.m. Fri., 6:00 pm, Free, All ages. Event details.

Dog Days 2013
Here’s a great activity the whole family can enjoy, including the furry rugrats! Enter Fido in a variety of contests including, Dog with best coat (shiniest, curliest, etc.), Dog with the best bark, Dog with the waggiest tail, Obstacle Race, Top “Senior” dog (aged 7 years +), and more. All proceeds will benefit Challenge Ranch, Inc. Ocean Festival
This fun weekend of family events include a Classic Woody Car Show, Surf and Ocean Art Show, a tons of kids activities. The weekend also includes the annual Beach Party and Concert. Sat. – Sun., 5:00 am – 6:00 pm, San Clemente Municipal Prier & Beach, Prices vary. All ages. Event details.

Baby Loves Disco
