Thanks to this delicious recipe from Kim at Design + Life + Kids, you and your little ones can cool off with a sweet treat that’s easy to make in your own home! Best of all? It’s made from super healthy ingredients, like fruit and greek yogurt, so your family can indulge every poolside afternoon.
1 lb strawberries
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 cups greek yogurt
1 cup heavy cream
1. Puree strawberries and honey, leave chunky and set aside.
2. Puree bananas, cream, and yogurt until smooth and set aside.
3. Gently fold the strawberries into the yogurt and freeze.
3. Pour mixture into ice cream for approximately 20 minutes.
