Spinach, Artichoke + Bacon Stuffed Soft Pretzels
Yours truly has made these for Oktoberfest, and they were a wonderful, if messy, pairing with the ales of the day. Although the recipe from Half Baked Harvest calls for beer, most of it gets metabolized by the yeast or otherwise cooked out. Opt to substitute water, and while it might not rise the same way, your pretzel-eaters will still get all the benefits of the spinach and artichoke.
