Steamy bowls of pho, chicken tikka masala burritos, gourmet gelato popsicles and burgers piled high with produce—food halls offer options like these and much, much more. They are the perfect spot for families because they provide a break from meal monotony, offer something for everyone, and just might push the kids to try something new. We’ve gathered 15 of our favorite foodie spots that are totally worth a visit (or two!). See them all below.

St. Roch Market – New Orleans, La

Southern hospitality, amazing food, and an excellent craft cocktail bar—that's what you get at a food hall in New Orleans. But would you expect to find banh mi and pho? If you head over to T2 Streetfood you can get that plus the kid-friendly pretzel bun sliders that are served banh mi style with buttered pickles. Lots of options are also available at Empanola where empanadas are filled with ham and cheese, beef bourguignon and even gumbo. Or, stick with simple and delicious and order the chicken from Good Bird.

Must try: crawfish poutine from Fete au Fete
