Just because you’re a parent doesn’t mean you have to give up on taking care of your health and well-being. Sometimes you just have to be a little bit more flexible with your workout than you were before kids. The couple in the video below is all the adorable proof you need that you can have a baby and do yoga too.

It might be a little challenging to get into a meditative state when a toddler is swinging on your legs like they’re a jungle gym, but this totally zen couple takes it all in stride. Continuing through their poses as their adorable baby sprints around them; they even manage to get him in on the act.

Sure, he might be occasionally distracted by a water bottle or a blade of grass, but that flexible little tot can do an awesome downward dog and he’ll be a yoga master like his mom and dad in no time.
