The Florida Aquarium

Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park

Also known as nature’s giant fish bowl, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park gives visitors one-of-a-kind access to some of Florida’s indiginous animals. The park has many [captive] animals like alligators, flamingoes, and the oldest hippopotamus in captivity. But the real must-see feature of the park: an Underwater Observatory, where you can watch as wild manatees swim among the [hoards] of fresh and saltwater fish in the springs.

Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens
