Fans of the cauliflower trend will love the latest remix to a holiday staple. Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Pancakes have arrived, just in time for Hanukah!

From pizza crust to gnocchi, Trader Joe’s has given just about everything a cauliflower makeover recently and now it’s bringing that magic home for the holidays with new cauliflower pancakes, a.k.a. latkes.

The new item swaps out the traditional potato recipe for cauliflower. Other ingredients include Parmesan cheese and leeks, with a mix of brown rice flour, potato starch, rice flour and egg white powder. The pancakes are lightly fried in sunflower oil to give them a crispy texture.

If you’re hoping the cauliflower version will make it easier to get through the holidays without ruining your low-carb diet, you’re out of luck. These bad boys still pack in 21 grams of carbs in addition to 7 grams of fat in each two pancake serving. But they’re only around for a limited time, so let go of the guilt and indulge a little before they’re gone.

You’ll find the Cauliflower Pancakes in the frozen aisle at Trader Joe’s at $4 for a six-pancake box.
