If you already shop at Walmart, you’ll no doubt recognize the Parent’s Choice brand. It’s been the budget-friendly store’s signature baby line for almost 20 years, but now it’s getting an update with dozens of new items to fulfill all your baby needs.
Since the beginning of year Walmart has been quietly rolling out some of its new items and will continue to add more to its impressive new collection through January 2018. However, the most impressive part of the new product line has just launched in select stores with the reveal of the Parent’s Choice Premium Diaper. Looking to add a new, affordable choice to the premium market which is obviously dominated by just a few brands, this new diaper costs $19.82 for a 100-count package. It features 12-hour dryness protection and the lining is “made with highly absorbent materials – including pulp harvested from sustainably managed forests.”
The other big launch this month is the Parent’s Choice Bedding Collection that includes 58 different items that are $40 or less, with most averaging about $13. The collection, which is now available in stores and will be online in October, features fun, stylish patterns like chevrons, arrows, and owls and includes crib sheets, blankets, changing pad covers, and more. Parent’s Choice is also launching new feeding ware, like sippy cups and plates, toiletries, baby wipes and baby food.
The reboot is aimed at keeping prices low while improving the quality and range of products. “As parents ourselves, we know what products are needed most, and we’ve raised the bar on quality for these Parent’s Choice items and more,” said Diana Marshall, vice president of baby for Walmart U.S. in a statement. “On top of this, we’ve added even more items we know our customer is looking for, such as premium diapers and a line of ultra-cute, ultra-soft bedding. With these new and upgraded products, parents can stay on-trend and under budget while focusing on what really matters: their little bundle of joy.”
