You might not think there’s a holiday in between Labor Day and Halloween, but National Coffee Day is a thing—and it’s falls this year on Sat., Sep. 29. If you’re wondering where to get free coffee on this very special day, we’ve got a few places you can hit up on your weekend coffee run.

Krispy Kreme took top honors in 2018 as the best of the best in coffee shops. And lucky for all of us, it’s offering a free cup of joe on National Coffee Day. Coffee and donuts were practically made for each other. Yum!
Krispy Kreme isn’t the only donut and coffee retailer with a National Coffee Day deal: Dunkin’ Donuts is offering customers a buy one, get one free coffee deal. Bring a friend to share in the celebration.
Free drip coffee is available for National Coffee Day, as is tea. You can also get 25 percent off one pound of Peet’s Coffee beans, at select locations.
According to Fox News, the convenience store chain will have free coffee on National Coffee Day. The catch is that you’ll need to purchase a breakfast sandwich (over $2) to get the deal.

Select Cinnabon locations have a free 12-ounce coffee deal on National Coffee Day. You can always add an ooey-gooey delicious cinnamon bun to your free coffee order, too—but you’ll have to pay for those sweet treats.
You’ll need to download their app to get these deals. Get $1 hot or iced coffee through Dec. 30, 2018, a free hot or iced coffee through Sep. 29, 2018 with the purchase of a breakfast sandwich or buy a medium or large McCafe and get a second for one cent through Sep. 30, 2018.
Get a free small hot coffee with any purchase on National Coffee Day at Duck Donuts. And yes, this means you have a totally justifiable reason for getting yourself a donut (or two).

If you’re traveling to the park on National Coffee Day you can get $1 iced or hot coffees at Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. kiosks.
Where else can you get free coffee on National Coffee Day? That depends. Your local coffee shops or cafes may offer free coffee or discounts to celebrate the occasion; you can always check local Facebook pages or Instagram accounts for your favorite local roasters.
Or you could just pour yourself good ol’ cup of coffee at home, too. Sure, those cups o’joe might not exactly be free, but it’s all in the spirit of one of America’s favorite beverages.
