When it comes to the products you use on your babies and kids, every parent wants to know that what they chose is safe and effective. Unfortunately, even your favorite brands that you’ve come to love and trust can let you down, which has been the case for many customers of Jessica Alba’s The Honest Company. Now, as a result of a class action lawsuit, the company is making amends with a settlement and you might have some compensation to claim.

A $7 million dollar settlement has been offered in the class action lawsuit against The Honest Company in answer to the allegations that the company “engaged in unfair and deceptive practices related to its marketing, advertising and labeling of certain Honest products,” according to the terms of the settlement. Customers are entitled to a settlement amount of $2.50 per item purchased for up to 10 items without proof of purchase or unlimited items with proof. Additionally, as part of the settlement, The Honest Company has agreed to specific labeling practices for the named products in the future, including not labeling products with the statements “all natural,” “100% natural” or “no harsh chemicals, ever!”

The products covered under the settlement include:

Bubble Bath
Conditioner
Diapers
Dish Soap
Face + Body Lotion
Hand Sanitizer
Kids’ Toothpaste
Hand Soap
Wipes
SPF 30 Sunscreen
