Tired of shopping in the same spots all year? Take your kids to some fun pop-up stores and markets setting up shop around NYC for the holidays. Revisit some favorites like the holiday markets or check out a few new spots. The temporary shops below are fun for the whole family, and a great chance to stock up on some unique gifts for everyone on your list. Just remember—these shops won’t be here for long!

Etsy Cavalcade

The ever-expanding Etsy Cavalcade can now be found in various locations around Manhattan and Brooklyn, culminating in a week-long Making New York market in Chelsea Market. The events are a chance for New Yorkers to meet the local makers who sell their goods on Etsy, and a chance to shop Etsy goods in person. The market will include several hands-on workshops where you and the family can try your hand at making your own Etsy-worthy goodies.
