Being a busy parent means your wellness plan sometimes (okay, often) gets put on the backburner. But here’s the good news! With online yoga classes, you can be the vision of calm and glowing good health … at least until the kids wake up. From strength-building to perfecting that handstand, we’ve got all your goals covered with five great online yoga programs. Scroll through the album below to see them all.

1. YogaGlo

This site is known for being used by celebrity moms Katherine Heigl, Molly Sims, and Ashley Judd for good reason: it offers more than 3,800 yoga and meditation classes for all levels that are taught by world-renowned instructors. At the cost of one yoga class per month, you needn’t feel guilty if you can’t get to the mat seven days a week. YogaGlo offers pre- and post-natal classes, too—and you can search for classes based on length of class (5-120 minutes) or your mood or fitness goals!

2. Yoga Green Book

Started as a safe space to promote wellness for people of color, Yoga Green Book offers online yoga and meditation classes with great tutorials on how to master poses. New videos are added every day, with special classes like “Happy Hips,” “Chair-Based Toning,” and “Wrist Stretches” (we know carrying those infant car seats does serious damage!). With every membership, Yoga Green Book donates a portion of each sale to individuals and organizations committed to providing yoga and wellness resources to underserved communities.

3. Yoga with Adriene

This YouTube channel has been sharing videos since 2012 and is a monolithic resource of yoga videos for your every need: Yoga for Weight Loss, Yoga for After Digestion, Yoga for Mood Swings, and even Yoga for Zombies (we’re intrigued). Classes are as short as 10 minutes so you can squeeze in self-care even when you’ve been up all night with the eight-month sleep regression. Adriene’s teaching style is approachable and thorough—her workouts were recognized by Google as the “most searched” of 2015, and we can see why!

4. Cody

This online service prides itself on the expertise of its coaches and offers fitness tutorials and classes beyond yoga for those who are interested in supplementing their yoga practice (including Pilates, barre, HIIT, and more). Search for classes by coach, fitness category, or “inspiration”—and check out their blog for even more fitness, nutrition, wellness, and meditative support.

5. Bulldog Yoga

With classes made for any and all skill levels that range from twenty-minute “bulldog bites” to a full hour, music is at the core of the bulldog yoga approach. We love that their online classes feel especially welcoming to those newer to yoga, with videos featuring full classes of a diverse range of participants at all different skill levels. If you’re not into chanting or instructions in Sanskrit and are seeking fitness-focused yoga classes with energetic music, this is probably the online yoga course for you.
