Prince Louis is kind of like your kiddo. Kind of, that is. Like your newborn, the youngest royal now has his very own birth certificate. And, like other mom’s and dad’s, Prince William and Kate Middleton’s official occupations were listed on it!

Okay, okay. So we get it. The Royals aren’t anything like us. But when reports of the royal birth certificate surfaced, the internet was all over it. And why?

Let’s start with the names. By now it’s common knowledge that the royal newborn’s name is the ultra-fancy His Royal Highness Prince Louis Arthur Charles of Cambridge. And yes, that’s exactly how it’s written on the birth certificate. Like their little one, mom and dad’s names are also written in a fairly fancy style—Catherine Elizabeth Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge and His Royal Highness Prince William Arthur Philip Louis Duke of Cambridge.

Along with their lengthy names, the royal couple’s occupations also turned heads. Under “Occupation” the royal father listed Prince of the United Kingdom and the royal mother listed Princess of the United Kingdom. Yep, Prince and Princess. Of course, this isn’t the first time that the world has witnessed the new mum and dad’s prince and princessly professions on a birth certificate. Almost three years ago, Kensington Palace released Princess Charlotte’s birth certificate—with William and Kate’s occupations also listed as Prince and Princess.

Yeah, some parents list lawyer, doctor, nurse, teacher, waitress, accountant, salesperson or any other profession that us regular ol’ folks do. But not the royals!
