Planning vacations can be stressful enough—and finding a place and budget that works for families is a top priority for parents. When it comes to booking a trip to the Magic Kingdom, it just got so much easier with the release of Disney World’s new online vacation-planning tool.

Starting Oct. 16, guests will be able to use the new tool at DisneyWorld.com to both plan and purchase tickets priced by the date of their visit, simplifying the entire experience so that families can book the vacation they’ve always dreamed of. The new process, along with the date-based tickets and pricing, is in response to the growing popularity of the Disney Parks and will serve not only as a way to improve park-goer experiences, but also as a means to evenly distribute park attendance throughout the year.

When guests use the new tool, they’ll gain access to travel trips from Disney Parks Moms Panelists, customized suggestions centered around personal preferences and park overviews that include all the events. Users can access the interactive online calendar, that shows different prices based on the dates they are searching for, which will allow them to choose the best priced days to visit.

The available tickets will show the dates they can be used and allow for easy comparison of the various types available, such as one day or Park Hopper options. Tickets with flexible usage dates will also be available. You can check out a quick video on how the entire process works below.

Guests can get assistance in every step of vacation planning by using My Disney Experience (available online or via the My Disney Experience app), which guides you through the process and incorporates your family’s interests into each activity. You can even purchase tickets and access the online calendar via the app, too!
